Are you an experienced HCM Systems Administrator ready to take ownership of a core enterprise system? We’re seeking a passionate professional to provide specialist support for Oracle HCM within a large, complex, and purpose-driven organisation in the tertiary education sector.
Administer, support and enhance the Oracle HCM suite including configuration, upgrades, reporting, and integration with third-party systems.
Act as the subject matter expert and first point of contact for issue resolution, stakeholder engagement, and process improvement.
Partner with internal HR, IT and business teams to deliver efficient, data-driven solutions and streamline user experience.
Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership on HCM system strategy and functionality.
Lead or contribute to cross-functional system projects, policy reviews, and business transformation initiatives.
You bring deep technical and functional expertise in HCM systems (especially Oracle) and thrive in a collaborative, people-centric environment. You’re an excellent communicator and problem-solver who can manage competing priorities and support the digital transformation of HR services.
Essential:
Relevant postgraduate qualifications or equivalent experience.
Demonstrated experience with HCM systems such as Oracle (CoreHR, Absence, Time & Labour) and integration with payroll platforms.
Strong skills in Oracle simple query language and data analysis.
Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills.
Proven ability to deliver high-quality outcomes across multiple projects.
Desirable:
Familiarity with systems such as AscenderPay or PageUp.
Project management experience.
