Executive Assistant - Temp Role
Our client:
Our client is a leading provider of engineering, construction and maintenance services to asset owners in the utility, industrial, commercial, resources, and infrastructure sectors. We are currently looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to work in a temp role for 3-4 weeks.
Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm, working onsite in Laverton.
This role may have the opportunity to extend for the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Managing Director in all facets of his work as required, including professional and personal
- Extensive Diary Management including being the first point of contact for all diary queries
- Organise and attend Board Meetings including preparation of agendas, transcribe, circulate and action minutes
- Organise Managing Directors meetings
- Coordination and preparation of any requisite reports, presentations, travel, accommodation etc.
- Maintaining company travel programs in accordance with travel policies incl. renewing corporate agreements
- Organisation and coordination of all client and staff events in conjunction with other EA's and Departments
- Organising presentations for workshops, preparation of agendas, minute taking, etc
- Coordinating and maintaining personal finances
- General administrative tasks
- Prepared to provide out of hours support as required
... About you:
Demonstrated experience as an Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant for a minimum of 2 years. You present in a professional polished manner with a can-do attitude.
