Expression Of Interest APS6 Program/Grant Officer
We are seeking expressions of interest from capable and enthusiastic professionals to join in the APS as APS6 Program/Grants Officers. These roles are key to delivering high-quality grant and program administration that supports government priorities and community outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
As an APS6 Program/Grants Officer, you may:
Manage end-to-end program or grant administration, including assessments, funding agreements, and reporting
Monitor compliance and performance of funded entities
Contribute to the development and improvement of program guidelines and procedures
Liaise with stakeholders, including grant recipients and partner agencies
Prepare briefs, reports, and correspondence for senior executives and Ministers
What We’re Looking For
Strong program or grants management experience
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Ability to interpret guidelines and apply sound judgement
Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
Experience working with government grant or funding systems is desirable
Eligibility
Australian citizenship is required
Ability to obtain and maintain a Baseline security clearance
Relevant qualifications in public administration, project management, or related fields are desirable
