As an Assistant Director in our Client's Regulatory team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and advising on regulatory policies and legislative reforms. Your expertise will drive informed decision-making and help enhance the functions and jurisdiction.
What You’ll Do
Provide expert policy analysis and prepare detailed advice and submissions on reviews related to the functions and jurisdiction.
Contribute to legislative reform discussions impacting administrative arrangements, powers, and jurisdiction.
Offer policy advice to support the use of the Inspector powers, including issuing guidelines and standards.
Lead and coordinate meetings with government agencies on complex or sensitive regulatory matters.
Promote and foster a positive, collaborative team environment, mentoring less experienced colleagues.
Prepare high-quality working papers, briefs, and reports, clearly communicating complex information in an accessible and engaging way.
Present findings and evidence confidently in workshops with senior executives, including the Inspector-General.
