The centre caters for up to 90 children per day and is located in a beautiful area, surrounded by large, natural outdoor spaces and thoughtfully designed learning environments. We're proud of our welcoming, inclusive atmosphere where children of all ages and abilities can thrive.
We follow the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), and strongly believe in the power of play-based learning to foster communication, creativity, discovery and imagination in children from birth to five years.
Philosophy
We’re committed to providing a safe, secure, and nurturing space where children can play, learn and grow. We value and actively encourage family involvement, recognising that partnerships with families are key to supporting the best outcomes for children.
The Role
As our temporary Centre Director, you’ll be responsible for:
Leading and supporting a passionate team of educators
Overseeing daily operations and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
Maintaining high-quality educational programs aligned with the EYLF
Building strong relationships with families, staff, and the wider community
About You
Experienced in a leadership role within early childhood education (Centre Director or similar)
Confident, reliable and able to hit the ground running
Knowledgeable in EYLF and all relevant regulatory and compliance frameworks
Available to start immediately and commit through to 23rd December
Bonus: open to flexible working arrangements if needed
