A leading Data Management company in Canberra are currently seeking skilled Document Management Officers to join their team in support of their upcoming project. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a keen eye for detail, a high level of accuracy, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Hours: Minimum 38 hours per week
Key Responsibilities:
- Checking the physical condition of documents, prepping and organising to be scanned.
- Scanning batches of documents ready for upload into their system.
- Identifying and flagging any discrepancies or issues within the documents to maintain quality assurance.
- Adhering to all relevant data protection and privacy regulations
- Maintaining productivity and focus under tight time constraints
Key Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in data entry, administration, or digitisation environments
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify errors quickly
- Effective communication skills
- Strong computing skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to new systems and processes
- Capable of working independently while contributing to a team environment
About You:
- Must be an Australian Citizen to apply
- Baseline Clearance will be highly regarded
- Ability to pass a National Police Check
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Motivated and proactive, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work
