Our client is seeking a dedicated and organized Data Entry Administrator skilled in invoicing and data entry. This role is commencing immediately.

About the Role

This is a part-time (0.8) position with a flexible work arrangement..

You will be responsible for processing day-to-day financial transactions, primarily invoice entry, to ensure accurate record-keeping and manage potential financial risks. You will also handle general administrative duties as required.

• Perform accurate and efficient invoice data entry and verify customer and account data.
• Maintain accurate records and protect customer confidence by keeping information confidential.
• Identify data deficiencies and collaborate with the Customer Service Team to resolve
• Proactively identify and mitigate any health and safety risks in the workplace.

About you:

• Experience with accurate and efficient data entry and record-keeping.
• Experience with Inputting invoices into relevant systems.
• Strong information technology skills.
• The ability to set priorities and meet deadlines.
• A current Working with Children Check (employee).
• NDIS Worker Screening Check.
