Responsibilities:

• Lead a Data and/or Analytics team to deliver project outcomes to a high quality, managing risks and issues along the way
• Manage a project schedule to ensure continued alignment between the delivery team and impacted internal and external stakeholders
• Identify and manage dependencies between the responsible delivery objectives and other project or business areas
• Ensure a high degree of traceability and documentation within the delivery team to enable prompt and efficient reviews and approvals of deliverables
• Review and provide feedback on business and technical design documents to ensure designs align with expected business outcomes, as captured by business and technical requirements.
• Input to the design and implementation of solutions that deliver to the business and technical requirements and meet the expected business and technical outcomes.

• Expertise leading Data and/or Analytics teams to deliver change programs to achieve identified business objectives and benefits
• Expertise managing skilled data and/or analytics resources and ensuring a high level of quality in the team’s output, while balancing delivery timeline pressures
• Expertise constructing a detailed plan of activity to discover, conceptualise, design, build and implement data assets and data products using industry best practice delivery methodologies (e.g. Agile, Prince2, PMBOK)
• Experience working in agile and hybrid models to develop data products utilising JIRA to plan, track and measure progress and productivity
