The Role
This role will lead the design and analysis activities focused on the structure, usability, and accessibility of importing country requirements content. Responsibilities include planning and coordinating stakeholder engagement and consolidating feedback to inform and define platform requirements, developing conceptual data models, supporting content transformation and quality assurance, and contributing to change management through the development of user training programs, guidance materials, and support resources to enable a smooth and effective adoption process.
Essential criteria
This role will be assessed on:
- Experience working across business and IT teams, acting as a bridge to ensure shared understanding of scope, priorities, and deliverables
- Familiarity of content management systems or equivalent government platforms is desirable
- Exposure to content structuring, information architecture, and reference data models
- Understanding of metadata, taxonomy, and content migration principles
- Strong ability to synthesise data insights and translate them into clear communications
- Experience designing and delivering stakeholders communications and training materials
- Demonstrated skill in managing end-user support channel and content curation
- Proficient in Power BI or other data visualisation tools
- Experience running stakeholder surveys, foresighting analysis workshops, analysing trends, and presenting findings to inform decision making
- Excellent writing skills across technical documentation, newsletters, FAQs and user guides
