- Rotating roster between 7:00am - 7:30pm - Monday to Friday
What You'll Do
This is your chance to join one of Australia's largest superannuation funds and make a real impact. You'll be the friendly, professional voice of the company, providing top-tier service to a diverse range of customers through phone, email, and chat. Your main goal is to deliver a positive customer experience by providing solutions and handling everyday inquiries with care. Please note this role does not offer hybrid arrangements - In office only.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Take a proactive, solutions-focused approach to every customer inquiry.
- Communicate with empathy and clarity to genuinely understand and meet customer needs.
- Build trust and confidence by providing knowledgeable and helpful support.
- Handle questions and complaints with professionalism, escalate issues when necessary, and maintain impeccable records.
What We're Looking For
Minimum Requirements:
- Customer service experience.
- Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
- Ability to pass a criminal history and anti-money laundering check.
Desirable Attributes:
- Prior experience in a call center or customer service role.
- Comfortable navigating multiple systems and platforms.
- A true team player who can also work independently.
- A genuine passion for customer service and outstanding communication skills.
