Handle high-value, high-risk inventory securely and manage document spoilage and destruction in line with policy
Assist with stocktakes of supplies
Operate printers and laminators, including performing basic maintenance
Perform high-speed, accurate data entry, scanning, and document processing
Manage personal workload independently to meet performance targets
Complete general administrative duties such as records management, inbox monitoring, processing invoice payments, and liaising with stakeholders on refunds and returned documents
Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve operational objectives
Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating empathy and emotional intelligence
Strong problem-solving abilities, using sound judgement and risk awareness
Flexible and adaptable in responding to shifting priorities
