Randstad is recruiting for a Customer Liaison Officer to join a dynamic team. This is a 6-month temporary assignment with full-time hours and a planned start date for October. You'll be a key point of contact for a diverse range of enquiries, providing comprehensive information and support over the phone. Key Responsibilities:

• Handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls and other communications.
• Providing accurate information and guiding callers to the appropriate resources.
• Document all client interactions and maintain accurate records in our systems.
• Achieve key performance indicators related to call handling and customer satisfaction.
• Working collaboratively with the team to resolve client issues and improve processes.

Experience/Skills required:

• Proven ability to deliver consistent, professional customer service in a contact center environment.
• You're great at listening and can quickly understand customer needs to provide accurate, helpful information.
• You're comfortable with data entry and navigating multiple computer systems, with a strong focus on accuracy and quality. Attention to detail is paramount.
• You’re able to prioritise your workload and make decisions quickly to meet key performance indicators.
• You build strong working relationships with your colleagues and actively contribute to the team's success in a fast-paced environment.
