This is a critical 3-week temporary assignment designed to provide essential support during a peak period of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks and Customer Due Diligence (CDD) reviews.

Your role will be focused on two key operational areas, requiring sharp attention to detail and efficiency:

1. Manual Processing & Case Management:

   • Work through a backlog or surge of customer files, ensuring all CDD/KYC data is accurately captured in the internal compliance system.

   • Manage the workflow of ongoing AML checks, ensuring compliance deadlines are met for new and existing customers.

   • Maintain a clear and concise audit trail for all actions and decisions taken on each customer file.

2. In-Depth Document Review:

   • Perform meticulous review and verification of core customer documentation, including identification, corporate registration papers, and Source of Funds/Wealth evidence.

   • Validate documents against internal policy requirements and external regulatory standards.

   • Identify and escalate any high-risk findings, inconsistencies, or compliance exceptions to the senior compliance team immediately.

What We Are Looking For

• Immediate Availability: Must be available to start immediately and commit to the full 3-week assignment (standard business hours, Monday to Friday).

• Experience: Proven experience in a back-office administration, customer service, or operations role, ideally within a regulated financial or professional services environment.

• Meticulous Attention to Detail: A non-negotiable requirement. You must be highly detail-oriented and have experience handling sensitive and complex documentation.

• Compliance Awareness: An understanding of AML/CTF (Anti-Money Laundering/Counter-Terrorism Financing) principles and the purpose of KYC/CDD checks is highly regarded
