About the Role:
You will be responsible for the full contract administration life cycle, ensuring the project is delivered on time and within budget. Your key responsibilities will include:
Managing all project-related contracts, including head contracts and subcontracts.
Administering progress claims, variations, and extensions of time.
Negotiating and resolving disputes with subcontractors and suppliers.
Maintaining accurate project documentation and records.
Collaborating with the project manager and site team to ensure successful project delivery.
About You:
Proven experience as a Contract Administrator on commercial construction projects in Victoria
Preferably with exposure to projects of a similar scale ($15m+).
In-depth knowledge of Australian construction contracts and legal frameworks.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.
A proactive and problem-solving mindset.
