• You will be required to work autonomously and in support of managers to deliver multiple residential construction projects across Capital Programs.
• Projects range from single dwelling and duplex developments through to small-scale, multi-unit developments across NSW, including both metro and regional locations.
• The Construction Manager will liaise with diverse stakeholders such as builders, local councils and architects on a regular basis for monitoring project delivery milestones.

About the ideal candidate:

You will have worked in a similar role, and ideally have the following:

• Be able to work autonomously and part of a team
• Experience in residential construction projects
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
