About The Role:
The Construction Manager will manage multiple construction projects including procurement, quality assurance as well as providing on-site project management support to the senior project managers.

This will include:
- You will be required to work autonomously and in support of managers to deliver multiple residential construction projects across Capital Programs.
- Projects range from single dwelling and duplex developments through to small-scale, multi-unit developments across NSW, including both metro and regional locations.
- The Construction Manager will liaise with diverse stakeholders such as builders, local councils and architects on a regular basis for monitoring project delivery milestones.
About the ideal candidate:
You will have worked in a similar role, and ideally have the following:
- Be able to work autonomously and part of a team
- Experience in residential construction projects
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
