We are seeking a Collections & Recoveries Specialist with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a contact center environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in credit hire or insurance collections, possessing a proven track record of recovering outstanding debts.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts, engaging with strategic clients, including large insurers, and negotiating payment plans to achieve optimal financial outcomes for the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients over the phone to recover outstanding payments.
- Negotiate and implement effective payment solutions.
- Manage and prioritize a ledger of accounts.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve account disputes.
- Maintain accurate records of all collections activities.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of collections experience, preferably in an insurance or credit hire call center.
- Proven ability to negotiate and resolve complex financial disputes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
