About the role
They are looking for a full time permanent Client Service Consultant who will be the first point of contact for their clients. You will be responsible for managing client enquires and document processing & administration tasks for several clients.
Day to day, you'll:
- Provide exceptional service to their clients through phone, email
- Processing of high volume document tasks across mortgage and insurance space
- Manage enquiries and liaise with internal and external stakeholders such as clients, lawyers, lenders
- Efficient and accurate processing of payments
About you
- Previous experience in client services or operational roles within Financial Services
- Clear effective communication, both written and verbal
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to meet fast paced deadlines and tasks whilst having the ability to multitask
