Geelong based role

$47 per hour + super

This role provides accurate and efficient administrative assistance to ensure the delivery of services and decisions in a timely manner in conjunction with the Service Charter. An important aspect of this role involves exercising judgement, being proactive and flexible in managing various claims related tasks to reduce the administrative burden on the Claims teams.

Key selection criteria:

• Previous administration work experience in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated capacity to effectively prioritise work, meet deadlines and set service expectations
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as part of a team environment
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders
• Expertise in the use of IT systems with intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
