About the Role:
As a Case Manager you will work within a friendly and supportive team-oriented environment where you will play a key role in providing a high quality first point of contact for superannuation enquiries.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a portfolio of total permanent disability, income protection, death and terminal illness claims.
- Process payments and cases for members as well as early release payments for financial hardship or compassionate grounds.
- Display a strong work ethic and a genuine desire to assist others.
Start Date: ASAP - Full time permanent position.
Location: Melbourne CBD
Skills and Experience:
Our client is looking for someone with previous experience in death claims.
- Death claims experience (minimum 2 years)
- Exposure to TPD and IP is highly desirable
- Extremely clear and high level communication skills
