We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Change and Communications Lead to join a large and complex Digital Transformation Program, focusing on enterprise-wide ERP, HR, and Financial Systems upgrades.
About the Role
Reporting to the Program Change Manager, you will oversee the development and execution of a holistic Change and Communications Strategy across the transformation lifecycle. You will lead a small, high-performing team of two and play a pivotal role in ensuring successful adoption and engagement across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
... Collaborate closely with the Program Change Manager to deliver the program’s strategic change and communications goals.
Implement and manage the Change and Communication Strategy,
Deliver key change management activities such as impact assessments, readiness evaluations, and change planning specific
Lead communication efforts during program disruptions or unexpected challenges, ensuring clarity and timely stakeholder engagement.
Track and report progress of change initiatives, including risk identification, stakeholder feedback, and mitigation planning.
Address and manage resistance to change, developing strategies to foster adoption and engagement.
Present key decisions and communication strategies to governance forums and stakeholders for timely approvals.
You are a seasoned change and communications professional with a strategic mindset and a track record of delivering results in complex environments and have prior experience working on large IT/Digital Transformation programs ideally in the HCM or Finance space.
Essential Skills & Experience
Extensive experience in senior Change or Business Transformation roles, with strong knowledge of ERP systems and applications.
Proven leadership skills managing small teams and cross-functional collaborations.
Experience in strategic communication roles, including corporate communications, media relations, and digital channels.
Demonstrated success in managing change across large and complex programs.
Strong stakeholder engagement, presentation, and influencing skills at all levels.
Ability to manage risks, resolve challenges, and maintain momentum in a dynamic project environment.
