We're looking for a Change Analyst for a 12 months contract to support a Senior Change Manager on a high-impact IT HR / SuccessFactors implementation project. About the Role:
As a Change Analyst, you’ll play a key role in supporting the execution of the change strategy and plan for a large IT HR/Successfactors implementation program. Working closely with the Senior Change Manager, you’ll take ownership of delivery tasks and help drive employee engagement and adoption across the business.
You’ll be involved in a wide range of change activities, including:
Assisting the Senior Change Manager in the day-to-day change activities across the project
Creating high-quality presentation decks and slide packs for executive and stakeholder communication
Drafting newsletters, updates, and change communications
Maintaining and updating intranet content related to the program
Conducting change impact assessments using structured change methodologies
Coordinating and facilitating workshops and meetings with business stakeholders
Supporting training and readiness activities as required
Acting as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure smooth change delivery
About You:
We’re looking for a self-starter with a strong delivery focus – someone who rolls up their sleeves and gets things done.
Key Skills & Experience:
Previous experience as a Change Analyst within a technology project
Exposure to HR IT projects or platforms such as SuccessFactors is highly desirable
Skilled in preparing clear, visually engaging presentations and communication materials
Experience conducting impact assessments and applying change methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, or similar)
Strong coordination and facilitation skills – confident running meetings and workshops
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
Proficient with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and SharePoint or intranet platforms
