Are you a driven and hands-on Change Analyst with a passion for people and technology? We are currently seeking a proactive and creative professional for a 12 months contract, playing a key role in a major HRIS/SAP SuccessFactors transformation program.
About the Role
As the Change Analyst, you will work closely with the Senior Change Manager to support the planning and execution of change management strategies that enable the successful adoption of a new HRIS platform. This is a hands-on role requiring strong communication skills, a creative mindset, and the ability to work across a range of change and communication activities.
Key Responsibilities
Communications & Engagement:
Design and develop visually engaging slide decks, communications packs, newsletters, and other materials to support stakeholder engagement.
Deliver and support online presentations and webinars to communicate change impacts and updates.
Regularly update the intranet with news, announcements, and learning materials.
Tailor messages and content to suit a range of audiences, from frontline employees to senior leadership.
Change Management:
Develop and implement change management plans, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
Conduct impact assessments using established change methodologies to identify change impacts across business units.
Assist in identifying and managing change risks and issues.
Training Support:
Collaborate with the Trainer to contribute to the Training Needs Analysis (TNA).
Provide support in the creation of training materials and session content.
About You
We’re looking for someone with:
Proven experience as a Change Analyst in large-scale IT Transformation programs – ideally within the HRIS space (SAP SuccessFactors highly regarded).
Strong experience delivering change activities including communications, stakeholder engagement, and impact assessments.
Excellent written and visual communication skills – able to create compelling presentations and communication materials.
Familiarity with change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, or equivalent).
Comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic environments and managing multiple tasks with attention to detail.
