About The Role
This is a hands-on, strategic role focused on building a high-growth division. You will:
- Create and implement the national B2B retail plan, identifying key markets and opportunities for growth.
- Use your established network to create and manage strong relationships with major hardware retailers and key distributors.
- Guide and mentor a small, dedicated sales team to achieve their targets.
- Structure deals, oversee commercial agreements, and work with internal product and marketing teams to ensure successful outcomes.
- Report directly to the Chief Operating Officer.
Your Skills Set:
- A minimum of 10 years in B2B sales, with an extensive network in the hardware, plumbing, or trade supplies retail sector.
- Proven experience in category management and creating long-term channel partnerships.
- A credible industry reputation with the ability to build trust and deliver on promises.
- Strong commercial acumen and leadership skills, with a readiness to take ownership of the channel's success.
What's On Offer
- Base Salary: $140,000 - $160,000 + Super.
- Bonus Potential: Up to an additional 55% of your base salary for achieving key targets.
