This high-impact, customer-facing role is responsible for developing and managing commercial relationships with key clients in rail, logistics, and freight forwarding. You’ll play a critical role in growing revenue, onboarding new customers, and ensuring long-term contractual success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and manage key customer relationships across freight, logistics, and rail sectors.
- Lead commercial negotiations and manage contract execution with new and existing clients.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with terminal operations and leadership teams to ensure customer outcomes.
- Support transition of new customers into operations smoothly and strategically.
- Deliver revenue and volume growth aligned with strategic plans.
- Understand client needs and market dynamics to inform commercial decisions.
- Help define the long-term customer experience and commercial model for ITC terminals.
Skills:
- Proven background in business development, commercial sales, or client management within freight, rail, logistics, or infrastructure.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to negotiate long-term contracts.
- Ability to engage confidently with senior decision-makers across the industry.
- Demonstrated success in securing and growing large accounts in B2B logistics or transport environments.
- Understanding of freight forwarding, terminal operations, or intermodal networks is advantageous.
