- Prepare and follow up on quotes, contracts, and hire agreements
- Collaborate with operations to ensure timely delivery and excellent service
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
Requirements:
- Previous experience in B2B sales within the hire and equipment industry
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- A proactive, customer-first attitude with a strong work ethic
