In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in developing and implementing marketing plans and activities that enhance brand health metrics, increase sales, and boost customer loyalty. You'll ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, reporting directly to the Group Manager, Brand, Content and Marketing Communications.
Your Responsilbities:
- Shape Brand Strategy: Support the implementation of comprehensive brand strategies for a portfolio of brands, ensuring alignment with business objectives and company goals.
- Market Insights: Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to inform compelling brand positioning and messaging.
- Ensure Consistency: Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including product, customer, P&C, and corporate affairs, to guarantee brand consistency and alignment across all communications.
- Define Brand Identity: Develop and manage brand guidelines, tone of voice, and visual identity to maintain a cohesive and impactful brand presence.
- Execute Campaigns: Plan and execute impactful marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, social, advertising) to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.
- Analyze & Optimize: Analyze campaign performance, providing valuable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Budget Management: Manage and optimize brand budgets to achieve key ROI targets.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and agencies.
Your Skills & Experience:
- 4-6 years of proven experience in Brand Management, Marketing, or Advertising, with a preference for experience within the financial services industry.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent.
- Brand Leadership: Demonstrated leadership in brand strategy, identity, and architecture.
- Strategic & Creative Mindset: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at influencing diverse stakeholders, combined with strong strategic thinking, creativity, and storytelling abilities.
- Communication Skills: Ability to communicate in a voice aligned to brand tone of voice, and expertise in writing and interpreting marketing briefs.
- Organizational Prowess: Strong organizational and project management skills, with a proven track record of managing multiple projects, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines with attention to detail.
- Data-Driven: Proficiency in data analysis to inform brand strategy and campaign effectiveness.
- Customer Focus: A customer-centric approach with a strong orientation towards performance and accountability.
- Adaptability: A continuous improvement mindset and the capacity to adapt and learn in a complex environment.
