Your New Position:
Reporting to the Head of Comms & Insights, you will play a pivotal role in translating our global brand requirements and content into compelling, impactful local communications for the Australian market. Your primary focus will be to enhance brand perception and proactively drive engagement across target segments for one of their leading brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Adapt global marketing and communications collateral to ensure relevance, clarity, and distinction within the Australian market.
- Curate and shape content strategies that effectively guide the client through their end-to-end journey.
- Collaborate closely with the Brand Experience Manager to develop and review content for brand ambassadors, events, and partnerships, ensuring consistent and impactful storytelling.
- Work alongside Brand Leads to ensure the delivery of brand-led communication across all touchpoints, aligning with brand playbooks and guidelines.
- Co-develop market-led communications strategies and execution plans in partnership with Brand Leads and Partnerships/Experience teams.
- Manage key agency stakeholders effectively to ensure timely delivery of creative, content, and media activation projects.
- Oversee upper-funnel media planning and buying activities, targeting key brand health, awareness, and familiarity KPIs.
- Take responsibility for the creative development and production of non-digital marketing assets, managing the process from briefing through to post-production.
- Serve as the central point of contact regarding marketing applications of our Corporate Identity (CI) standards.
Your Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years experience in a comparable Brand Management, Communications, or Marketing role within the luxury industry. (a must)
- Bachelor Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of:
- Marketing and Advertising strategy.
- Comprehensive media planning strategy (including SEO, Paid, Owned, Earned media).
- Retail and Sales operations within a premium environment.
- The Australian media landscape and environment.
- Digital channel strategy and effective "big idea" generation.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to translate global objectives into local market success.
- Experience managing agency partners and campaign budgets.

- Positive increases in audience sentiment and engagement via partnerships, ambassador programs, and media content.
- Demonstrable success in engaging with high-net-worth segments through compelling content and activation's.
- Execution of distinctive, brand-led activities that clearly showcase the unique DNA of brands and differentiate their perceptions in the market.
