Are you a highly organised administrator with recruitment or HR project experience? Randstad is currently recruiting for a Workforce Project Officer on behalf of a federal government agency based in Geelong.
This role supports workforce operations, recruitment, and onboarding activities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You'll contribute to key projects and ensure smooth hiring and onboarding processes across multiple business units.
Coordinate interviews, reference checks, and selection documentation
Support onboarding and offboarding processes (system access, passes, welcome comms)
Manage shared inbox and assign tasks as needed
Liaise with internal stakeholders and recruitment partners to meet staffing needs
Handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality
Assist with workforce planning and administrative project tasks
Strong administration and coordination skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
Experience in HR, recruitment, or government environments
Knowledge of eRecruit or similar platforms (desirable)
Australian Citizenship (mandatory for security clearance)
