About the Role
As our Administration Officer, you will provide day-to-day administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the office. This is a dynamic role suited to someone who enjoys variety, values accuracy, and thrives in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
... - Provide general administrative and clerical support to management and staff
- Maintain and manage records, documents, and data entry with high attention to detail
- Assist with scheduling, calendars, travel bookings, and meeting coordination
- Respond to phone and email enquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain office supplies and liaise with vendors as required
- Support invoicing, purchase orders, and other basic finance functions
- Help with onboarding and document compliance for new staff
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Australian Citizenship (required)
- Proven experience in a similar administration or office support role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- High level of organisation, time management, and initiative
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
- A proactive attitude and willingness to support team goals
