What you'll be doing:
- Being the first point of contact for customers, greeting them at our trade sales counter and handling telephone enquiries.
- Processing orders with accuracy, clarifying details, and following up on their status.
- Liaising with suppliers to confirm pricing and stock availability.
- Handling invoices and payments at the front counter.
- Providing adhoc administrative support to the team.
What we're looking for:
- Exceptional customer service skills – you love helping people!
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organisation and self-motivation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- A positive, can-do attitude and a commitment to teamwork.
- Ideally, experience in the roofing or plumbing industry (a big plus!).
- Someone looking for a long-term opportunity – this role is designed to become permanent after 3 months.
