We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established client within the tourism and travel sector, known for its strong team culture and national presence. With a team of 250 staff, they are currently seeking an Administration Assistant to join their corporate office in Bundall.
About the Role:
This is a great opportunity to step into a fast-paced, supportive environment within a fast-pasted organisation. Working as part of a small admin/mailroom team, you’ll be a key support across various business functions while also working independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- General administrative support and ad-hoc duties as required
- Processing invoices (e.g. for rental vehicles)
- Coordinating courier deliveries and shipments (incoming and outgoing)
- Printing, collating, and distributing sales and marketing materials
About You:
We’re looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working autonomously while being part of a collaborative team environment. You’ll bring a positive attitude, strong organisational skills and be immediately available to start.
