About the Role
Our client are a well-known NSW Government department responsible for planning, housing, and infrastructure. Its mission includes creating vibrant communities, delivering affordable and diverse housing, and managing lands and assets. They are currently seeking an Acquisitions Analyst to come in and work with their team in Parramatta NSW on a contract role until 29th May 2026 with possible extensions.
Candidates for this position must possess advanced proficiency in creating and managing complex Excel workbooks, along with demonstrated experience in a government, property or infrastructure environment, and understanding of property valuation methodologies or a property valuation background is desirable.
The property function is a critical component of the Reconnecting River Country Program (RRCP). As an Acquisition Analyst, you will play a key support role within the Acquisition Team, providing high-quality administrative, coordination and reporting assistance to Acquisition Managers (AMs) and the Senior Acquisition Manager (SAM).
This role ensures the smooth functioning of acquisition processes through the maintenance of accurate records, timely distribution of landholder correspondence, and coordination of information across systems. Your work will help ensure property negotiations and transactions are carried out efficiently, transparently and in alignment with the project’s milestones and governance requirements.
