The Opportunity
As a Consultant, Account Manager, you will manage an existing portfolio of high-profile Federal Government agencies while actively engaging in business development to expand our client base. You will be responsible for recruiting a diverse range of temporary and permanent roles. Comprehensive training and development will be provided to ensure your success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Executing candidate strategies: Including targeted advertising, comprehensive database and job board searches, and generating referrals from your professional network.
- Account management and business development: Cultivating strong client relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
- Achieving performance KPIs: Meeting and exceeding activity targets.
- Managing working contractors: Overseeing the successful placement and performance of temporary staff.
- Ensuring compliance and administration: Upholding all relevant regulatory and internal standards.
