Amelia has a strong understanding of government recruitment methodology having worked on contingent, unbundled and permanent recruitment roles to the sector. Amelia steers our dedicated centre of excellence to ensure our customers receive the highest levels of customer service, best talent in the market and a consistent experience.

Shelley brings over 25 years of recruitment leadership experience and has been working with leading Australian Technology and Government clients since arriving here in 2001. With extensive exposure to Government procurement and resourcing methodologies, Shelley has experience with contingent workforce recruitment and management as well as permanent and consulting engagements. Shelley leads the team delivering across the Technology categories for our Government clients.

Paris Watt

Paris has over eight years of recruitment experience within the blue-collar space. Since joining Randstad in 2012, Paris has worked across various national accounts specialising in transport, warehousing and manufacturing and she comes from a strong background in large volume recruitment.

In her current role, Paris is responsible for building and maintaining strong partnerships with our clients. Paris prides herself on working in a collaborative approach with her clients to source the best outcome for their recruitment needs.

Aimee Wright

Aimee Wright

Aimee brings more than four years experience recruiting to NSW Government at Randstad. She commenced as a specialist in recruitment of communication and marketing professionals on a temporary and permanent basis. In 2019 Aimee moved to a team leader role where she ensures high level delivery to the specialist category on 0007 contract including specialist consultants who recruit across HR and change management, construction property and engineering, policy and project officers, digital, marketing and communications.

Kirsty Burton

Kirsty is responsible for managing a team delivering to administration, customer service and support roles to NSW Government. Kirsty has a strong understanding of the sector, along with both contract, permanent and volume assessment centre recruitment processes within this space. She has worked on multiple large scale projects across several departments including part services for state wide permanent recruitment, large scale contact centre recruits along with staffing for events. Kirsty and her team understand the urgency of these types of roles and pride themselves on finding the best talent in the market quickly.

Ria Cortes

Ria is responsible for leading the accounting finance and procurement team for NSW Government. Since joining Randstad in 2012, Ria has proven herself as a dedicated, driven and valuable member of the team and has built and maintained a large client base. She has worked closely with the finance and procurement teams for temporary and permanent placements and is passionate about building relationships. Ria places a huge emphasis on getting to know her clients and candidates so she can make successful and long lasting placements.
