Workshop Administration Officer
We are seeking a highly organised and experienced Workshop Administration Officer to become a key member of our client's team in Rutherford. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and excels at blending administrative coordination with purchasing duties.

- Manage incoming calls, email correspondence and enquiries from clients and suppliers.
- Maintain and update critical workshop records, job files, and client databases with a high degree of accuracy.
- Create, review, and manage purchase orders to ensure accurate and timely delivery of goods and services.
- Monitor inventory levels to optimise stock and reduce carrying costs, ensuring the availability of required materials.
- Providing support to the wider team with general administrative tasks
Skills & Experience Required:
- Demonstrated ability to manage purchasing tasks such as raising purchase orders, obtaining quotes, and liaising with suppliers.
- Previous experience working in an administration role within the Manufacturing, industrial or mining industry (preferred).
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Experience using Pronto highly advantageous
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Certificate in Business Administration, procurement or a related field is desirable
Salary & Work Rights:
- Must have full work rights.
- Temp opportunity with the possibility of going permanent.
- Pay Rate $35 - $45 p/h + super
