We have diverse opportunities available in inpatient mental health units, correctional facilities, and community mental health settings.

About You
- Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Minimum 3+ years of recent experience in a relevant mental health setting (e.g., inpatient mental health, forensic mental health/corrections, community mental health, acute psychiatric care).
- Demonstrated expertise in mental health assessment, risk assessment and management, care planning, and therapeutic interventions.
- Strong understanding and application of the Mental Health Act (or similar legislation) and its implications for practice.
- Ability to work effectively with individuals experiencing a range of mental health conditions, providing empathetic and person-centred care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and work effectively within multidisciplinary teams, as well as with clients, families, and external agencies.
- Commitment to recovery-oriented practice and trauma-informed care.
- Full Australian working rights are essential. (Please note: Visa sponsorship is not available for these positions).
