 In this role, you will design, deliver and continously improve onboarding, training and quality frameworks for the service operations team. 
You will create structured induction programs, develop engaging learning content (e-learning, microlearning, blended learning), implement coaching frameworks, and lead quality assurance initiatives to ensure consistent, high-quality practices across the organisation.
Your role:
- Design and deliver onboarding, operational, and customer experience training 
- Develop e-learning, microlearning, and blended learning programs 
- Implement coaching frameworks for consistent, data-driven feedback 
- Lead quality assurance across multi-channel interactions 
- Maintain knowledge management systems and resources 
- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive operational excellence 
About you:
- Experience in training design, quality assurance, or capability development 
- Qualification in Education, Organisational Develpment or Workplace Learning & Development Leadership highly regarded but not essential 
- Customer service experience preferred but not essential 
- Strong leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills 
- Familiarity with LMS and knowledge management platforms
