We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Trainer to work on a critical IT document classification system project, impacting over 5000 users for a contract to end of June 2026 About the Role: As an IT Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive training programs for the new document classification system. Your expertise in training needs analysis will be crucial in identifying skill gaps and tailoring training content to ensure successful adoption across the large user base. You will play a key role in empowering the employees with the knowledge and skills needed to effectively utilize the new system. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct training needs analysis to identify specific training requirements for diverse user groups.
- Deliver engaging and effective IT training programs (both in-person and virtual).
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make continuous improvements.
About You:
- Proven experience as an IT Trainer, specifically with large-scale IT system implementations.
- Demonstrated experience in conducting training needs analysis
- Experience in delivering IT training to a diverse user base of 5000+ individuals.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt training methods to suit different learning styles and technical proficiencies.
