About the employer:
Our client is a multi-national leader in the manufacturing industry, operating a 24/7 plant in the Taree region. They are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented full-time Trainee Quality Inspector, to join their established QA Team.
About the role:
As a Trainee Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the high quality of our client's manufactured products. While experience is a great advantage, we also encourage individuals looking for an opportunity to be trained in the QA field to apply. Don't miss out on this one! Some of your Key duties will include;
- Conducting regular inspections and quality checks on products throughout the manufacturing process.
- Identifying and documenting any defects or deviations from quality standards.
- Collecting and analyzing data related to product quality.
- Assisting in the implementation and maintenance of quality control procedures.
- Communicating quality issues to relevant team members and supervisors.
- Ensuring compliance with all Work, Health & Safety regulations.
- Contributing to a culture of continuous improvement in product quality.
Remuneration & Candidate Requirements:
- Work Rights: Only locally based candidates with full Australian work rights will be considered.
- Experience: QA experience is advantageous and familiarity with quality control processes and standards would be advantageous, but not mandatory.
- Highly detail-oriented with strong observation, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
- A proven ability to follow procedures and maintain accurate records is essential. Manufacturing experience is a plus.
- Availability: Position available immediately, but we are willing to wait for the right candidate.
- Salary: Salary is negotiable based on experience.
