As a Technical Support Officer, you’ll provide advanced 2nd and 3rd level support across desktops, mobile devices, operating systems, cloud services, and endpoint security. You'll play a key role in managing IT operations, supporting projects, maintaining infrastructure, and contributing to enterprise change initiatives. With a strong focus on end-user experience and community impact, this is a great opportunity to grow your career in a collaborative and purpose-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver timely, expert support for complex IT incidents and service requests
- Manage endpoint devices and Standard Operating Environment (SOE)
- Lead technical input into system upgrades and deployments
- Ensure endpoint security, data protection, and compliance
- Participate in the IT on-call roster and lead after-hours incident management
- Collaborate on projects across the full lifecycle, from planning to delivery
- Mentor and support junior technical staff
You’ll Bring:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in technical IT support roles
- Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in IT, Service Management or Project Management
- Expertise across Windows environments, Microsoft 365/Azure, MECM, scripting, and cloud/security technologies
- Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- A commitment to safety, service excellence, and continuous improvement
