Maintain and calibrate lab equipment:
- Tensiometers
- Gas Chromatography (GC)
- Rotary Evaporators
- Vacuum Ovens
- Fluorometers
Deliver inductions, SOPs, safety briefings, and hands-on training
Oversee laser safety (Class 3 & 4), equipment use, and lab protocols
Manage lab scheduling, inventory, and chemical waste
Assist with upgrades, risk assessments, and stakeholder communication
About You
- Degree in Chemistry or higher qualifications in Analytical Chemistry/ Chemistry or a related discipline and relevant experience.
- Strong lab and technical experience
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Able to train users and maintain safety standards
- Working With Children Check required
