About the Role: A close-knit group of 12, is at the forefront of identifying and developing new opportunities. You'll be instrumental in driving the growth of hydrogen peroxide applications across various sectors, from mining to water treatment, by collaborating with cross-functional teams and strengthening key partnerships.As our Technical Marketing Specialist, you'll be the go-to expert for application engineering and technical support. Your primary focus will be on the dynamic mining sector, but your expertise will also extend to other crucial applications. You'll tackle complex technical challenges, develop innovative solutions, and empower clients to optimize their processes for maximum efficiency, safety, and environmental sustainability.
Your Duties & Responsiblities:
- Leading technical consultations and providing application engineering support to clients, ensuring the optimal and safe implementation of solutions.
- Conducting field trials and analyzing data to demonstrate product efficacy and develop tailored solutions for specific customer needs.
- Developing and delivering technical training materials and presentations for both clients and internal teams.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and develop new market opportunities and product enhancements.
- Providing ongoing technical troubleshooting and problem-solving to address client inquiries and ensure seamless operation of systems.
You'll bring:
- A relevant degree or equivalent in Engineering (Chemical or Mechanical) or Science (Chemistry or Metallurgy) (A MUST)
- Over 4 years of relevant work experience in a manufacturing plant or mine (A MUST)
- Hydrogen Peroxide Application Expertise: A deep understanding of the product and its diverse uses.
- Mining Industry Knowledge: Specific understanding of mining processes and challenges (A MUST)
- Technical Problem-Solving & Analysis: Ability to diagnose issues, analyze data, and develop effective solutions.
- Client Relationship Management & Communication: Proven ability to build strong relationships and convey complex technical information clearly.
- Field Trial Design and Execution: Experience in safely designing, setting up, and executing field trials, including data collection and analysis, to demonstrate product efficacy and optimize applications
