What You’ll Do
Coordinate Agile ceremonies and manage delivery timelines for cross-functional teams.
Help unblock teams and resolve impediments to ensure smooth delivery.
Support squads in delivering customer-facing features for our digital banking platforms.
Drive outcomes in a forward-thinking and innovative environment.
Apply a growth mindset and a passion for continuous improvement to your work.
What You’ll Bring
Experience working in Agile teams (Scrum or Kanban).
A background in coordinating digital projects or product delivery.
Great communication and collaboration skills, especially with distributed teams.
Confidence using Jira and Confluence to manage delivery pipelines.
A passion for continuous improvement and a desire to grow.
