You’ll have the opportunity to drive high impact project initiatives and ensuring they are delivered successfully from planning to completion. Your new role will involve:
- Proven experience in leading, mentoring and developing high performing, motivated teams.
- Background in managing strategic property projects, ideally within a government setting.
- Strong capability in reporting and communicating.
- Demonstrated success collaborating with internal departments, external consultants, developers and community stakeholders.
- Skilled in overseeing budgets, financial outcomes and project milestones to ensure alignment with approved business cases.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to assess feasibility, mitigate risks and support strategic decision making.
- Advanced communication and reporting skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and experience using electronic records management systems.
To be successful you will need:
- Tertiary qualifications in Construction Engineering, Property Development, Architecture, Project Management, related discipline or demonstrated experience.
- Demonstrated experience in managing projects.
- Experience in managing a high performing team.
