About the Role:
Randstad is seeking an experienced Customer Service Team Leader to join a established organisation in the energy sector. In this role, you'll lead the New Connections team, supporting residential, commercial, and industrial customers with natural gas availability and connection requests.

- Start Date - The role will commence when the right person is found.
- Pay Rate - $45 p/h + Super
- Availability - Monday - Friday
- Location - Eagle farm, Brisbane
- Contract: 6 Month Contract - Opportunity to Extend
- Bonus: Parking on site, showers, change rooms
About You:
- Call center experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle difficult customer situations.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Understanding of unions and how they operate in a workplace setting (desirable)
Role Requirements:
- Lead the daily operations of the team.
- Provide training and support.
- Handle and resolve escalated customer issues.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance
- Help improve processes and service delivery
- Collaborate with other departments
