HR Partners is proud to be partnering with a reputable education provider in the search for an experienced and professional Talent Manager.
In this role, you’ll be joining a growing, global organisation and reporting directly to the Global Head of Talent. You’ll work closely with key stakeholders to drive best practice recruitment, recruitment projects and deliver an exceptional talent experience. This position will oversee talent initiatives across the APAC region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with leadership, academic managers, and hiring managers to identify hiring needs and drive recruitment objectives
- Develop and implement strategies and materials to position the organisation as a leading employer within the industry
- Maintain a best-practice recruitment process whilst operating in a highly regulated environment
- Contribute to workforce planning and facilitate internal mobility across the organisation
- Establish and manage a preferred supplier list of recruitment agency partners
- Drive ongoing improvements across our talent framework, team development, operational processes, and tech solutions.
The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, creative, and adaptable, with a strong results-driven approach. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with the ability to assess recruitment needs accurately and select the most qualified candidates.
Experience in a scale up environment combined with international recruitment expertise, preferably within an in house talent acquisition team, is highly desirable
