I’m looking for a detail-driven and proactive Talent Manager to support one of Randstad’s top-performing construction and engineering recruitment desks. This is a part-time role (12 hours per week across 3 days), perfect for someone who enjoys structured, independent work and thrives in a high-output environment.
You will be working one-on-one with a Senior Recruitment Consultant, to keep the desk running at pace. You’ll play a vital role behind the scenes, helping ensure placements are compliant, timesheets are processed smoothly, and candidates are onboarded correctly. The desk services high-profile government and private sector clients with a strong contractor book, so precision, responsiveness and discretion are key.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing candidate compliance (VEVO checks, contracts, registration documents, contract documents)
- Processing and troubleshooting weekly contractor timesheets
- Posting job ads and updating candidate records in internal systems
- Maintaining digital files and tracking audit items
- Supporting with admin tasks that keep operations running
- Occasionally coordinating interviews or onboarding steps
- Ongoing training and support
What you’ll bring:
- Prior experience in recruitment support, administration or coordination
