About the Role
In this role, you’ll lead end-to-end recruitment across a wide range of roles. You’ll work closely with leaders to develop talent strategies that meet business needs while championing candidate experience and employer branding.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to scope workforce needs and create effective, scalable recruitment campaigns
- Manage high-volume recruitment pipelines across multiple regions and role types
- Build and maintain talent pools for future hiring needs, especially for graduate, entry-level positions
- Oversee all recruitment stages, from advertising to onboarding, with a strong focus on candidate care
- Analyse recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve hiring outcomes
- Support broader People & Culture initiatives, including employer branding and process improvements
Our Ideal Candidate
- At least 2+ years’ experience in high-volume recruitment, ideally within early careers or aged care
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Confidence managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools
- Knowledge of compliance and relevant employment standards in the care or education space
