HR Partners are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our not for profit client, an organisation driven by its mission, vision, and values.

Your expertise will be key when working with hiring managers and business partners, driving a robust and efficient recruitment process, and ensuring every candidate has an exceptional experience.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Identify, attract, and assess top talent, primarily within the allied health space, using different strategies and tools, writing job ads that showcase our clients unique value.
- Deliver an efficient, engaging, and communicative recruitment journey for every applicant, building lasting candidate relationships.
- Build strong relationships with hiring leaders. You'll constructively challenge yourself to ensure fair and objective hiring outcomes.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in end-to-end recruitment across allied health, disability and child and family services
- A deep understanding of effective sourcing, assessment, and selection methodologies.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
This role offers a hybrid work model, primarily based at the Lewisham, NSW head office with 2 days of work-from-home flexibility, alongside a comprehensive benefits package.
