The Opportunity

Known for commitment to "members first" and a high-performance culture, we are looking for a Superannuation Specialist to join a dedicated Service Centre.
This is a technical customer service role where you will act as a subject matter expert, helping members navigate their retirement journey with accuracy and empathy.
Key Responsibilities
Inbound Member Support: Deliver comprehensive and professional service via phone, email, and webchat to members and employers.
Technical Excellence: Provide accurate information regarding superannuation products, including accumulation and pension schemes, while ensuring legislative compliance.
Retention & Growth: Identify member needs and provide warm referrals to internal Financial Planning and Banking specialists.
Problem Solving: Take full ownership of complex member and employer enquiries, coordinating with third-party administrators to ensure swift resolution.
Continuous Improvement: Contribute to business growth by identifying process improvements and participating in outbound member engagement campaigns.
What We Are Looking For
To maintain high standards of service, candidates must meet the following mandatory criteria:
Industry Experience: Proven experience within a Superannuation Fund, Wealth Management, or Life Insurance environment.
Technical Knowledge: A solid understanding of superannuation legislation, including Pension and Accumulation products.
RG146 Compliance: Candidates with existing RG146 qualifications are highly preferred.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex financial concepts.
KPI Driven: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on meeting Net Promoter Scores (NPS) and service level agreements (SLAs).
